Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carriers: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Available for all order values

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Available for orders of $50 or more

International Shipping

We proudly serve customers worldwide (excluding certain areas in Asia and remote regions). Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply to their orders.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Products must be unused and in original packaging

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Return request is made within 15 days of delivery
  • Product is unused and in its original packaging
  • All seals, labels, and protective coverings are intact
  • You have the original order confirmation or receipt

Non-Returnable Products

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fake Lashes (opened packages)
  • Lip products (Lip Gloss, Lip Liner, Lipstick, Liquid Lipstick) with broken seals
  • Mascara and Eyeliner with removed safety seals
  • Used makeup brushes (Eye Brushes, Face Brushes)
  • Opened beauty supplies with compromised hygiene

These restrictions help us maintain the highest standards of product safety and hygiene for all our customers.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

Step 1: Contact Our Beauty Team

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

Step 2: Receive Authorization

We’ll respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Securely pack the products in their original packaging, including the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
  • Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Exchange Shipping: For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement product
