Shipping Information

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available for orders of $50 or more via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties

4. Returns and Exchanges

• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Non-Returnable Products

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened fake lashes packages
• Lip products (Lip Gloss, Lip Liner, Lipstick, Liquid Lipstick) with broken seals
• Mascara and Eyeliner with removed safety seals
• Used makeup brushes (Eye Brushes, Face Brushes)
• Opened beauty supplies with compromised hygiene

Return Process

• We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
